Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy for items that were received in error, damaged or faulty condition. Unfortunately we will not return or refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you have any reservations/concerns about a product, please email us first at sales.beautifulmines@gmail.com with your enquiry.

To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to provide photographic proof of damage/fault to sales.beautifulmines@gmail.com. Once proof is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to return items, with shipping on us (If shipping was the means you have received the item/s). We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this.
